Chengdu Xieli Konjac Scentific Planting & Processing Community Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Xieli), was established jointly by Hong Kong Kam Yuen International Trading Company and Hong Kong Sheli Limited in 1991. Chengdu Xieli, covering a total land area of 45,000 square meters is located at Banzhuyuan Town, Xindu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. As a modernized manufacturer, which is equipped with advanced production facilities and updated inspection instruments, Chengdu Xieli mainly produces konjac powder, konjac gel, carrageenan, agar agar, sheli gum, blended konjac series, as well as mano-oligosaccharide and bacteriological agar…ect. These products have been sold to many countries all over the world, such as Europe, America, South-East Asia and domestic market in China. Chengdu Xieli provides their valued customer with high quality product together with excellent services. For the continuing develop of Chengdu Xieli, the company is fully focus on the renovation of science and technology by set up a research and development center which is mainly for develop new products and also searching for the new applications for edible hydrocolloids products. Converting exist products to the high-tech. products in order to add-ons its value. R&D center’s main tasks are: A. pursuing the study of high-tech. products; B. improving the technology for processing and extraction of multi-gum products and developing new application for blended gums; C. studying on the extraction of technique of Chinese traditional medicine. At the present, the R&D center has a group of senior engineers together with full experienced consultants from different institutes such as Southwest of Agriculture University, Sichuan University and Qingdao Ocean University and the company also built a special pilot test production line.
