    Manno-oligosaccharide, a high functional oligosaccharide extracted from the natural green plant- Konjac by using biotechnological process.  It is a well-known bifidous factor and its functions are much superior to any other oligosaccharide of the oligosaccharide family. Compare it with other oligosaccharide, manno-oligosaccharide can increase more than 50times of the beneficial bifidobacteria in the intestinal tract while others can only increase 3 to 10times. Furthermore, it’s the only kind of oligosaccharide in the oligosaccharide family that has the function of “excreting toxin”.
 
                 
   
    The physiological functions of Manno-oligosaccharide:
    1.To regulate significantly the micro-ecological balance of intestine system and proliferates the bifidobacteria in the intestinal tract with high selectivity, the rate of proliferation can reach up to more than 50-fold.
    2. Two-way regulate the function of gastro-intestinal. Prevention and improvement of constipation and diarrhea.
    3. To control the blood sugar level, lower the plasma lipid, resist the virus, protect the liver function as well as enhance the human immune system.
    4. With the function of promoting the absorption of calcium and iron, it can increase the absorption rate of calcium by 23%.
    5. Manno-oligosaccharide can not be hydrolyzed by oral enzymes nor utilized by streptococci, so it has an anti-carious function.
