A solemn statement Recently, we find that there are some manufacturer
and trader
are embezzling our registered trademark of “SHELI”, using illegally
the tradenames of CKAA1220 and CKAA2030, offering our overseas agent and
our other customers with rate lower than the normal in the domestic
konjac market. Actually, they are intending to sell the inferior quality
as the shoddy of the “SHELI” products Konjac gel CKAA1220 and
CKAA2030 which have established their good reputation both in domestic
and overseas market and are widely acceptable by the clients. This
abominable, illegal behavior and unfair competition has greatly damaged
our company’s benefit and reputation over the world. So we may have to
accordingly make our declaration solemnly as follows: There’re only three companies authorized to make the quotation
of product CKAA1220 and CKAA2030 with registered trademark” SHELI”
to clients, they are: 1.

the lawyer of our company has been authorized to investigate this matter
and the people who are selling the shoddy with our trademark illegally,
